Roles & Responsibilities
Main Purpose:We are now looking for dynamic and innovative individuals who are keen to be a part of organisational transformation for the position of Manager for our People and Change Practice. Reporting to the People and Change solution leader for East Market, the job holder will be responsible for contributing as a member of the People and Change management team, to the development and delivery of the business strategy.Undertake business development through active identification of leads and pro-active pipeline management;
Summary of key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and manage project resource requirements (including allocation of work) and project economics;
- Manage risks within the standard PwC’s global policies and procedures;
- Lead teams of dedicated staff to respond to client requirements;
- Manage and mentor staff and project teams whilst ensuring they remain motivated;
- Develop staff and ensure adequate skills transfer;
- Lead and manage the delivery of consulting assignments in:
- Executive selection;
- Organisation structure reviews,
- Strategic change management for large scale ICT system transformations, culture transformations and structural changes;
- Skills assessments; training needs analysis and training strategies;
- Talent management;
- Other HR consulting assignments as may be assigned;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Human Resource Management or Organisational Psychology or Change Management;
- A Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage;
- At least 5-10 year’s similar experience in a professional services environment or as internal OD/Change Management/HR Consultant;
- Experience in financial services, oil and gas, public sector or manufacturing an added advantage;
- Strong business development skills and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and report writing skills;
- Pro-active and an “out the box” thinker and contributor;
- Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to develop others through coaching;
- Ability to build and maintain a network of client and internal relationships.
