SENIOR MAINTENANCE OFFICER -1 POST –CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT-1 POST- AC/2/65/13- R&T- RE-ADVERTISEMENT

Applicants should have a B.A. in Building Economics or B.A. Land Economics, with at least eight

(8) years working experience in a large busy organization. The successful candidate must have been in charge of maintenance works within the eight (8) years of his work experience. They should be computer literate and full members of relevant professional bodies. A masters degree will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Reporting to the Manager, Construction & Maintenance, the successful candidate will be in charge of all Maintenance works in the University and supervise a large Maintenance workforce.

NOTE:
1.
