SENIOR CAPITAL WORKS OFFICER –CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT-1 POST-AC/2/64/13- R&T- RE- ADVERTISEMENT
Applicants should have a B.A. in Building Economics or a Bachelors/BSc in Quantity Surveying with at least eight (8) years working experience in a large busy organization. They should be computer literate, registered with Board of Registration of Architects & Quantity Surveyors of Kenya and be full members of a relevant professional body. A masters degree will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Reporting to the Manager, Construction & Maintenance, the successful candidate will also be reporting to the Resident Architect who is in charge of all Capital projects in the University and shall carryout contract administration for these projects.
NOTE:
1.
