Regional Programme Manager – WaterAid Southern Africa Region

You will maximise our effectiveness in the Southern Africa Region – leading on our programme planning, effectiveness and overall impact. You will see to it that our country teams have the right support they need to operate effectively, and will explore opportunities to work collaboratively with other organisations. It is a great opportunity to change how water and sanitation services are delivered as well as opportunity to drive massive long-term change for the poorest and most vulnerable citizens within the region.

You will bring your experience of working at senior management level in a developing country and an impressive record of project and programme management – supported by an in-depth understanding of the WASH sector to bear in this role. You will be used to taking responsibility for significant budgets, planning strategically and operationally, and empowering others through your inspiring leadership style.

This role requires extensive travel.
