Plan Tanzania works with 32,900 sponsored children, their families and their communities implementing programmes at grassroots level in child protection, health, education, water and sanitation, income generation and building relationship across cultures

SPONSORSHIP COMMUNICATION ADMINISTRATOR (1 POSITION) GEITA, Tanzania

Job purpose: To ensure the efficient and effective operation of Child Data/ES4 Sponsorship corporate software and system. Timely and quality production and processing of sponsorship communication items at the Program Unit.

Job requirement: The position holder will coordinate sponsorship communication activities, prepare PU sponsorship budget and management of PO. S/he will manage the PU case load and ensure sponsorship corporate software and systems are efficiently and effectively operating. The candidate will collaborate with the Community Development Facilitators to carry out awareness meetings about Plan and training to Community and volunteers as well as technical support to the sponsorship communication team.

Knowledge

• Degree in the areas of Public or Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Sociology, or related field
• An additional qualification in Public relations will be an added advantage
• 2-3 years’ working experience in the related field.
• Experience in community capacity building and child rights programming Skills
• Ability to organize own work and work independently
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Excellent communication, report writing, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
• Proficient in computer skills

REMUNERATION

The above positions carry attractive remuneration as per Plan Tanzania salary structure and incentive package.
