(b) Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess the following academic and professional qualifications.
Holder of a University degree in Public Administration, Management, Sociology, Human Resource Management, Law or any other relevant field with at least four years’ experience as a senior Administrative/Human Resource Officer.
Possession of relevant Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
(c) Main Duties:
Carries out preliminary screening and testing of job applicants as the case may be and recommends promising applicants to management.
Compiles statistical personnel data on routine or special sources of information.
Checks on respective dates of confirmation of unconfirmed employees and advises heads of departments accordingly.
Compiles manpower planning data, i.e. up-to-date manpower inventory, staff list, etc.
Performs any other duties assigned from time to time by one’s reporting officer.
