The ICCO & Kerk in Actie (www.icco.nl) are being supported by Oxford HR in the global search for a Country Programme Manager, Kampala.

The Country Program Manager will be responsible for the results in the programs within the allocated area as part of the wider regional programs and for the management of the sub-office for the area. S/He will contribute to regional development processes by facilitating multi-actor, multi-level programs and support strategic relations and alliances within the framework of ICCO Alliance Strategic Plan.
The successful candidate will have at least five years of organisational management experience, including financial, HR and security management. You will demonstrate strong change management skills at organisational level and ability to create linkages between multi level programs. You will have practical approach to a people oriented management style and sound experience in Capacity Building/ Civil Society Development, working with donor institutions and in community based and gender sensitive approaches. Good communication skills, including intercultural communication and communication with ecumenical actors are also essential.
