Please apply if you have the following: Minimum of a first degree in Management, Agriculture, Social science, Economics or any other related qualifications. 

At Least 5 years experience of emergency and understanding of relevant humanitarian and policy issues in an African context, Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with good experience in proposal development, report writing and Grant management.
