2. The Surface and Marine Transport Regulatory Authority is now issuing the General Procurement Notice in accordance with the Public Procurement Act No.7 of 2011 and the Public Procurement
Regulations, 2013 for the purposes of informing bidders and the general public tender opportunities during financial year 2017/2018

3. Further to this publication of the General Procurement Notice subsequent announcement of specific tenders will be advertised in the local news papers, PPRA's and SUMATRA's websites

4. Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Secretary, SUMATRA Tender Board, Mawasiliano House Ali Hassan Mwinyi /Nkomo Rd, 2nd Floor, P.O.Box 3093, Dar es Salaam.
