Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Expatriate (International Assignee) Support
• Responsible for managing IA full life cycle support in to include but not limited to:
o Onboarding, employment agreements, relocation/TQLA/housing, lease agreements, offboarding/repatriation, approve and process allowance payments and reimbursements,
• Prepare quarterly IA Newsletters informing IAs of any relevant updates/changes
• Reviews IA Handbook and Housing Allowances on an annual basis and recommends changes as appropriate
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience supporting an Expatriate program
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience working in Human Resources
• GPHR, CEBS, CBP certification preferred
• Experience with Benefits, HRIS, and working in a global organization
