Position Overview:
Responsible for assisting the IMC team with the development & execution of the connection plan, including the brand communication and experience plans for the water portfolio (vitaminwater, smartwater and Dasani) across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• In combination with the IMC manager, implements business plans utilizing market insights to identify key issues and opportunities for profitable growth;
• Collaborates with key subject matter experts (K&I, Finance, Media, etc) and CCRC contacts;
• Facilitates the completion of a Connection Plan that defines the role and priorities of the brand's connection points;
• Assists in the implementation of water brand experiences across relevant connection points for our consumers, shoppers, customers and System, including in-store promotion planning, advertising and consumer promotions;
• Manages the digital plan across all social channels (fb, youtube, tumblr, twitter)
• Executes integrated launch plans;
• Tracks program specific KBI’s.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
• 1-3 years experience in a marketing capacity
• Ability to identify and execute innovative ideas
• Well developed leadership skills; particularly in building relationships
• Solid understanding of digital ecosystem and social media trends and tactics
• Willingness to “work in the trenches” when required
• Willingness to work “after hours” for special events, when required
• Bilingual French/English required

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
Travel Requirements:
Approximately 5% travel in Canada and <5% in the US.
Relocation Assistance:
Nominal relocation assistance is available only for moves within Canada
