MSF is seeking to employ a pharmacy supervisor to meet the pharmaceutical needs of the program and to supervise the pharmacy team.

MSF is seeking to employ a pharmacy supervisor to meet the pharmaceutical needs of the program and to supervise the pharmacy team.
Minimum requirements:
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
- Must be enrolled with Kenya Pharmaceutical Association, with an annual practicing license.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HIV/TB setting and demonstrated experience in clinic pharmacy management, ordering, quantification, distribution, compiling consumption data, rational dispensing of ARVs and OI drugs.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
- Strong team management skills.
- Good interpersonal and organization skills.
- Ability to work in a busy Clinic setting and to provide support to decentralized health centres.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer programs (Word, excel, access) and ability to collect, compile and analyse data for monthly reports.
- Ability to speak local languages an advantage.
Preferable:
- Experience in a managerial position.
- Experience with drug supply management in a pharmaceutical warehouse and major hospital pharmacy.
- Experience of working in collaboration with the MoH.
