WaterAid in Uganda has a vision where everyone has access to safe water and sanitation. For us to fully realise this vision, we are looking for highly competent individuals to join our existing country team.
We are looking for professionals who passionately share our vision and have influential leadership and technical qualities to make this a reality in our country programmes.
To rise to the challenge, the applicants will have to be knowledgeable in the social, economic and political issues affecting WASH in Uganda and possess an impressive WASH background in the development field.
You will work with national, local government levels, private sectors and NGO's.
You will co-ordinate and strengthen planning, monitoring and evaluation functions for WaterAid in Uganda as well as provide support to local partners. You will lead in strengthening planning processes, lead the monitoring of implementation process and evaluate the impact of WA's supported activities by carrying out action research alongside the current Country Strategic Plan (CSP). You are part of the team responsible for enhancing the scale and quality of WaterAid's programme.
You will report to the Head of Programme Effectiveness.
