The Position:
Reporting to the Legal Manager, Retail the role holder will manage issuance and processing of offer letters upon receipt of duly approved credit papers observing agreed timelines and high standards of accuracy and within applicable law, bank policies and regulations.
Assistant Legal Manager – Risk & Compliance
The Position:
Reporting to the Legal Manager, Risk & Compliance, this position is responsible assisting In the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of compliance activities of the Company with established law and regulation. It assists in ensuring the Company is up-to-date with any existing, proposed or new legislation and the compliance requirements to be met by the Company to be in compliance with legislation.
Assistant Legal Manager – Administration
The Position:
Reporting to the Legal Manager, Head Office & International Business, this role assists to manage Legal Services Department Back Office administration functions for efficient and effective support in execution of the legal services mandate.
Legal Risk & Compliance Manager
The Position:
Reporting to the Head, Legal Services; this role is responsible for providing support in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of compliance activities of the Company within established law and regulation. It assists in ensuring the Company is up-to-date with any existing, proposed or new legislation and the compliance requirements to be met by the Company to be in compliance with legislation.
Legal Manager – Litigation And Retail
The Position:
Reporting to the Head, Legal Services, the role is required to manage non-debt recovery cases and court orders served on the Bank and ensure that the Bank’s interests are not prejudiced either before court, in the public domain or business environment. Additionally, the role is expected to manage legal issues affecting the entire Retail Network with a view to mitigating legal risks and prevent adverse consequences to the Bank.
