2016 World Bank Group Analyst Program - Tanzanians
The World Bank Group Analyst Program is a unique opportunity for exceptionally talented young people with a passion for international development to contribute to solving some of the world’s most pressing problems.
The WBG Analyst Program, launched in 2015, is a recruitment and development program focused on young early career professionals. Specifically, it targets candidates 28 years old and under, with a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree and 1-3 years of work experience. There are various streams within the program (i.e. Operations, Finance, Management Accounting and Information Technology) designed to tailor recruitment to the demands and profiles of each hiring unit. The Analyst Program is modeled on strategies within the private sector and other international organizations that target early career professionals to allow the institution to develop its talent pipeline at an earlier stage. It features a comprehensive development program that includes onboarding at the WBG, technical and leadership training, mentoring, and career development opportunities. The duration of the program is three years.
