Experience
Retired Officer from Police Force or Defense.
Managerial and supervisory skills to manage the security team which is spread over in multi locations. coordinate the work activities of security guards. Train new security guards and provide ongoing direction. He should be strong in analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Should design and Implement various security policies and procedures. He 5hould be strong In reporting and should be able to collect, analyze and submit the report to the management

a)Computer literate.
a)Conversant with both English and Kiswahili and ability to work in multicultural society Independently
