The Guardian Limited, The home of Great Newspapapers, the publishers of leading Tanzania newspapers Nipashe, Nipashe Jumapili, The Guardian, The Gurdian on sunday, Taifa Letu and Sema Usikike is looking for to recruit a highly qualified and experienced individual to occupy the position of Human Resource Officer

Reporting To: Human Resource Manager
Work Station: Dar es salaam

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business administration
• At least 3 years of experience in HR functions with a reputable organisation
• Sound knowledge and experience in handling staff grievance and disciplinary matters
• Sound knowledge and experience in negotiating skills and conflicts resolutions
• Solution oriented person with open minded attitude in dealing with matters
• Excellent IT skills partially in Excel and word processing and management
• Trainable, innovative, team worker and self driven
• Good at time management, flexible and agile

Remuneration:
The above position carries attractive remuneration as per the Guardian Limited Salary structure and incentives package.
