Office Manager Job Purpose: Supports the Regional Sales Team by maintaining the office and handling all the logistics

Office Manager Job Duties:
·      Preparation and presentation of various reports as per job requirement

·      Communicating on a regular basis with the Field team and assisting them accordingly

·      Handling all the inventory logistics together with inventory reconciliation

·      Maintaining all the records for the Regional Sales Team

·      Managing the Regional Office

 Specific Skills:

·      Applicant should STRICTLY be a Certificate or Diploma holder in Community Development/Accounting/Business Administration

·      Computer skills knowledge of MS Office Applications

·      Flexible: Able to work at the Office and the field

·      Team player
