Position Description:
Job Purpose:
To carry out logistic duties and purchasing of office supplies, materials and contracting for services in the Program Unit. S/he will be responsible for timely procurement of goods and services while adhering to Plan's procedure, ensure availability of vehicles and optimal usage of office vehicles at the PU. Further s/he will ensure timely provision of the insurance, recorded and approved vehicle movement reports, responsible for fixed asset register and office building maintenance. Also timely update of purchase tracking system at the Program Unit and manage staff directly reporting to the role such as Office attendant and drivers.

*Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
*Proficient in computer skills and use of relevant software and other applications, e.g. word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet etc
Qualifications and Experience:
*A degree in Business Administration with a major in Procurement and Logistics Management 1-3 years' experience in a similar role preferably from INGOs
*Eligible to be registered by the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) formerly NBMM.
