REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Comprehensive familiarity and expert knowledge in unconditional and conditional cash transfer projects
• At least 3 years consultancy experience, including report writing, presentations
• Excellent research methodologies
• Ability to assess the impact, effectiveness, coverage of CTPs in any area methodically, ideally by drawing on existing resources
• Proven ability to recommend upon conditionality of CTPs
• Proven ability to research and advice clients on coverage and targeting questions of CTPs
• Willingness to travel to conflict affected areas (Somalia/land for example)
• Computer literate (i.e. MS Word, advanced Excel, Email communication software (e.g. Outlook), Internet Explorer, financial systems)
• Excellent written and spoken English
