A development
organisation is currently looking to fill a position responsible for
financial and administrative support in implementing projects with
regional partners.
The position will also provide leadership and management to the monitoring and reporting team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Takes the lead in budget planning process, implementation and monitoring of projects in compliance with organizational standards;
- Managing monitoring and reporting systems for project work;
- Focal contact person amongst various stakeholders (Regional programme staff, partners, donors and other development partners);
Key Skills and Attributes
- First degree and further qualification in Business Management, Administration, Finance, or any other relevant field;
- Full professional qualifications in accounting (CPA-K, ACCA, CIMA);
- Minimum five years in managing donor programs at a senior level in a similar position within a development organization;
- Skill and knowledge in mentorship of staff, delegation and working with teams.
- Working knowledge in French will be added advantage.
