Job Description: H R Manager, based in Juba, with some travel to other Across locations in South Sudan
The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management and planning of compliant HR services and support functions for Across Juba Office, Program Location offices in South Sudan, and Nairobi office. He/she will build capacities for HR and administration services among the Location Managers in the Program Locations. He/she works closely with Program Coordinators, Location Managers and department heads in order to ensure that the HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
We are looking for an experienced and capable HR Manager with a degree in Human Resource Management and at least 5 years professional experience. At least some experience in South Sudan is preferred, as is experience in using and maintaining a computer based HR information system.
