Our client Inyange industries is a leading food processing company, manufacturing a variety of products that include water, juice and milk in Rwanda and is seeking to recruit a result driven and motivated individual for the vacancy above;
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving business through indentifying and pursuing new opportunities for business development.
- Meeting the set targets in regards to brand building.
- Channel expansion, market share and overall business in the target territories and market segments.
- Managing the advertising agencies, trade channel that include distributors and key accounts in accordance to the company’s objectives, strategic/marketing plans and vision.
- Developing and driving the firm's long and short term revenue growth strategies.
- Promote a common vision and ownership of Inyange’s values and strategic objectives with all external partners.
- To ensure areas of responsibility are delivered in a way that are consistent with the Inyange’s financial plans and cost improvement plans.
- Assist in embedding a commercial, client service focused approach to all business processes and activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, an MBA would be an added advantage.
- Must possess a minimum of 7 years experience in Sales and Marketing with a Leadership position in FMCG Business.
- Managerial level with a world class manufacturing company with at least 4 years in sales and marketing management.
- Excellent performance and verifiable track record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written and collaborative management style.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing sales and marketing team and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook, and access.
- Experience in export oriented business and brand management.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain is an added advantage.
- Must be well organized, flexible and must be able to embrace the challenge of managing a big group of diverse people and businesses.
