Description
> Roles and responsibilities
• Maintain good relationship with existing
distributors to avoid conflict
• Ensure that the stock levels are kept within
specifications
• Significantly grow the business to Mining
and Mineral Processing Segments
• Develop a network of distributors in
conjunction with the Eastern Africa distributor manager
• Report monthly on performance and other
activities
• Organize marketing events, visits,
demonstrations and advertisements within the country
• Keep Accounts Receivables and/or overdues
under control
• Initiating and developing a strategy for the
unit, including strategic targets and activities.
• Leads change initiatives
