The East African Community (EAC) seeks to engage the services of a qualified consultant/consultancy firm to conduct a comprehensive study to review all the duty remissions schemes, exemption regimes and preferential trade schemes in the EAC Partner States. The study is aimed at provision of a methodology to harmonize the schemes in line with the Single Customs Territory requirements.
