OVERALL AIM OF THE POST
The overall aim of the post is to implement an effective REFLECT programme in Central Equatorial State – Juba, ensuring the programme is meeting targets and has appropriate M&E system in place. This involves managing the REFLECT facilitators in operational areas and ensuring the REFLECT programme is represented externally to all relevant stakeholders.

Programme Management
• Assist in the implementation of REFLECT Programme in Juba.
• Participate in all REFLECT Training.i.e. Facilitators’ initial training workshop, Refresher training of the facilitators, income generating activities and book keeping training, circle and community leaders training.
• Liaise and maintain excellent working relationship with facilitators, participants and stake holders.
• Regular supervision of the circles.
• Assist in distribution of the stationaries to the circle participants.
• Assist in collecting and filling beneficiary register (attendance sheet), reports and other REFLECT documents.
• Assist in compiling weekly report.
• Assist in compiling REFLECT programme monthly progress report.
• Assist in managing all M&E for the programme with support of the Programme Manager.
• Ensure the facilitators are applying REFLECT methodology
• Assist in mobilizing the community for any REFLECT Program activity.
• Carry out any duty assigned by the Programme Manager.
Requirements:
• Qualification in Education / Community Development.
• Previous experience (1-2yrs) in Income Generating Activity.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) ; Working knowledge ofArabic and Bari language will be an advantage.
