Title:	KNOWLEDGE AND RESULTS PROGRAMME MANAGER
Summary:	The Knowledge and Results Programme Manager will be responsible for assisting TMEA develop and maintain a strong results and learning focus. Working with project teams, s/he will assist them to clarify outcomes, develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans and develop their monitoring and evaluation capacity. A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as evaluation, social science, or economics, preferably with a strong research component and specific training in monitoring and evaluation are vital for this position. The individual will have at least five years experience in managing monitoring and evaluation systems and teams on large development programmes and sound knowledge of different monitoring and evaluation approaches and methods. The candidate must have proven experience in developing clear outcomes, indicators and measurement plans and in developing and using evaluation tools such as questionnaires, interview guides and assessment rubrics. In addition to proven ability to work as a change agent within a programme, experience in and ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to overcome resistance to monitoring, evaluation and learning is critical.
