Summary: | The jobholder is responsible for the coordination of various activities (operations and planning) in order to contribute to the achievement of an effective and responsive Corporate Services department. This will include supporting the delivery of the Corporate Services team's objectives through providing administrative and operational support to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer- Corporate Services (DCEO-CS), Communications Director, Administration Officer and other unit heads within Corporate Services. S/he must be exceedingly well organised, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting several busy senior level executives and units. The job holder will have a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritise communications and opportunities from external and internal sources, and organise and maintain administrative processes. |
