Qualifications

Administration Coordinator
Qualifications

• First degree or advanced diploma in materials / supply management or equivalent from a reputable higher learning institution

Front Desk Officer
Qualifications

The candidate will have good diploma in marketing, public relations, record management or secretarial

At least 3 yrs experience and knowledgeable of Microsoft packages

Project Manager
Qualifications

• A degree in social sciences

• Management experience including personnel and financial management

• Ability to lead and work independently

• Experience with community development and advocacy at local and central government level

• Ability to solve problems, think creatively and work with variety of stake holders towards the achievements of common vision is essential

• A minimum of 5 yrs experience in reputable organization including exposure and working knowledge of women projects in Tanzania

Tax Policy & Campaigns Manager
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of tax justice and actors’ demonstrable and proven experience in the leadership of successful advocacy and campaign strategies and their project management

• Proven political judgment and experience of influencing the governments and corporations

• Experience of working with media including liaison with journalists and undertaking interviews, of media based advocacy

• At least 3 yrs experience of international development work in reputable organization

Programme Partnership Manager
Qualifications

• Post graduate degree in social sciences or development studies

• Experience of international development work

• Experience in designing , managing and implementing multi projects and budgets in an international development context and in line with donor requirements

• A deep understanding of recent development thing and trends in policy

• Proven track of working in multicultural environment

• At least 5 yrs experience of international development work in reputable organization, with minimum of 3 yrs post qualification in senior management position

Policy Coordinator
Qualifications

• Degree in social sciences

• S/he must have an understanding of socio political context in Tanzania

• A keenness to learn about regional and international policy dimensions to development and an ability to support advocacy strategies at various levels

• The successful candidate must show potential for strong analytical and lobbying skills and must be IT literate

• a minimum of 2 yrs experience in policy advocacy work in reputable organization

Programme Quality Coordinator
Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in social science (economics, poverty analysis, political science, sociology)

• Masters degree is an added advantage

• Broad understanding of poverty, M& E, impact assessment and programme learning process

• Good grasp of Human Rights Based Approach to Development Relevant; including experience in quality management

• Knowledgeable of principles and practice of programme Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems

• Demonstrable capabilities in quality planning and organizing to meet project quality requirements

• Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate these qualities

• A minimum of 3 yrs experience in project / program management, planning, monitoring and evaluation roles
