This Senior position works closely with the Regional Director and leads the regional technical team to achieve planned results. |
| Responsibilities: |
- Supervise the health systems and community access technical staff and coordinates with global units to ensure appropriate support is provided to country teams
- Manages donor documents and oversees proposals, reports and budgets, coordinating with country, regional support and global units
- Provides leadership in analyzing and using data for decision making
- Promotes exchanges and sharing of best practices among teams in the region

| Requirements: |
- Masters degree in relevant field and at least 8 years experience in international RH programs
- Minimum 3 years experience in supervision
- Demonstrated technical skills in behavior change, community access and policy
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills,
- Cross cultural sensitivity knowledge of an African language preferred
- Excellent computer skills in word and excel
Ability to travel 25-30% time |
