Leader
Create team spirit based on the Tigo Values
Coordinate the local trainers pool
Support line managers and employees in identifying and assessing the competencies required to perform in their position
Support the line manager in identifying and implement the right learning and development activities
Lead regular meetings with line managers to discuss yearly/quarterly planning, operational issues and evaluation of Learning and Development needs
Ownership of relationships with the local external suppliers/partners
Support change processes from a learning and development perspective
Manager
Identify learning needs in the organization and propose/develop solutions
Develop Annual Training Plan: analyze needs. Updating and communicate the training Plan on a monthly basis.
Control training budget with HR Controller
Ensure that the learning Management cycle is met qualititively and quantitively.
Implement and maintain the learning and Development Policy.
Responsible for the content and use of tools within the area of learning & Development
Own and coordinate the Learning and Development process
Prepare and communicate the Learning and Development Plan
Maintain records with regard to the development of all employees
Publish a training calendar for the operations
Ambassador
Deliver induction program for all new hires
Lead the implementation of a learning culture in the operation

Position Requirements
University degree, HR/Management/Psychology oriented
3 years of Operational experience in learning and Development
Training within a Telco environment is a plus
