Main responsibilities: To facilitate availability of reliable and evidence based information on education

Responsibilities:(a) Develop creative briefs, descriptions and program plans (b) Direct, film and edit video and audio contents
to produce media and advocacy programs (c) Produce a variety of digital contents for uploading in online media platforms (d) Produce HakiElimu’s success stories in video and audio formats.

Key Competencies: (a) Bachelor degree in Journalism, Communication, Film Production or fields, Masters preferred (b) At least three year experience working in media, journalism or other areas related to key responsibilities of this job (c) Ability to use technical facilities for filming and editing video and audio contents (d) Ability to develop creative concepts for advocating social and policy changes (e) Ability to produce and edit video and audio contents
(f)Good understanding of the media environment in Tanzania, and ability to network effectively with media organizations and personnel (g) Excellent writing and communication skills (h) computer skills (i) Graphic designing skills will be an added advantage.
