The successful candidate will be in charge of:
-Conducting all engineering and maintenance operations according to TOTAL TANZANIA Health, Safety, environment and quality standards and norms
-Management of staff under his responsibility: social responsibility, training, annual evaluation, etc.
-Undertake investment projects at depots, service stations and consumer sites. Before commissioning of the project a management of change training should be provided
-Prepare detailed bidding documents or "request for proposals" (RFP) for projects that are being managed by the affiliate directly and not external consultants
-Tender evaluations of the above-mentioned type of projects and favourable negociations prior to commencement
-Budget control projects are implemented within approved budget
VIE positions are available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. More information regarding the VIE programme (including salary rates) can be found on www.civiweb.com.
