Reports to: Human Resource and Administration Officer
Job Description:
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Driving Motor vehicle as assigned by the designated personnel;
Carrying out daily vehicle check-up according to standard daily checklist;
Maintaining good running condition of the motor vehicle and carrying out minor repair;
Ensuring timely performance of major and minor service according to
schedule;
Undertaking regular recording of log book for all trips;
Maintaining security and cleanliness of Motor Vehicles;
Assisting in dispatching Commission documents;
Repor1ing promptly any accident or incidence involving the vehicles to immediate supervisor and/or traffic police;
Performing any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.
Specific entry qualifications and Experience:
Holder of Secondary Education Certificate with Valid class C driving licence and Trade Test/Advanced Driving Course from recognized institution with not less than one year experience in Driving;
Fluent in English and Kiswahili languages.

Careful and takes good care of the vehicles entrusted to them.
