Reporting to:Branch Manager

Core Function:To implement and manage microfinance credit operations within a designated operation area of VFT and in accordance to the set policy and procedures.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

To build and maintain a substantial and high quality loan portfolio To conduct client recruitment and screening

To orient clients to VFT loan products and Services. To process loan applications.

To manage loan disbursements and monitor loan repayments. To provide quality and good customer service to clients.

Education & Special / Personal Abilities

Advanced diploma or a University degree, preferably in Commerce & Business Administration. Willingness to take on field work.

Willingness and ability to work efficiently in a team environment Ability to demonstrate good negotiation skills.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Must have very clean bill of health.

Age between 22 and 35 years.
