The Public Service Commission (PSC) has among other duties, to monitor compliance with poll-des, principles and Laws in relation to the recruitment and Management of public servants.
In order to accomplish its duties and achieve its mission, The Public Service Commission wishes to recruit competent and dynamic Rwandans for the positions of Public Employees Litigation Lawyer and Internal Auditor.
2. Internal Auditor (1)
Responsibilities/Attributions:
• Check the progress of PSC´s activities according to standards, rules and procedures in force, while rationalizing the PSC´s expenditure;
• Identify and prevent wrong functionalities of the PSC by an effective internal audit facilitating the efficiency and quality of services;
• Develop an annual audit program for financial transactions and evaluate its implementation periodically;
• Give opinions on periodical financial statements produced by competent authorities;
• Make proposal for internal control procedures.
• Check the safety level of keeping PSC´s assets;
• Carry out physical checks of assets;
• Control how material resources allocated to different officers have been used;
• Develop an annual audit program for HR management (files and career of personnel).
Specific requirements:
AO Accounting, Public Finance, Management specializing in Finance/ Accounting with 1 year working experience.
