National Program Coordinator (Women & Children Empowerment)
Key Areas of Accountability
Program Management, Operation and Implementation- Ensure that country office projects are consistent, relevant and implemented in accordance with best practices and for optimal performance of the program.
Support the development of reports , case studies for donor reporting, fundraising, public relations and advocacy in relation to the needs of CARE Burundi.
Contribution of Program Quality and Learning : Work with Program quality and learning Team to reflect practice and learning at all levels within the projects.
Contribute to the strengthening and sustenance of diverse partnership.
Participate in development and enhancement of the emergency programming.
Contribution to Program Development : Work closely with the Program and Quality Learning Director and proposal writer to strengthen the development of the Country program in line with the Theory of Change, strategic frameworks and long-term Vision.
Representation: Ensure that CARE- Burundi program is appropriately positioned with the Government, Donors and other strategic partners. Participate in relevant donor, government and civil society forums to promote good development practice and relevant role for CARE – Burundi.
