Job Description
•To provide overall HR support to CB function to enhance business performance through appropriate advice and facilitation of robust, integrated people management strategies and processes..•Ensure the maintenance of a Healthy Business environment through strict compliance with Operational Risk and AML standards as defined by the Group and Local Regulatory Authorities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
•Supports Line Managers in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives through appropriate advice / interventions.
•Coordinates and influences the development of a performance culture through effective development of people.
•Integrates HR products to provide business solutions.
•Facilitates group interventions to solve business problems.
•Developing HR practices that act as strategic differentiators.
•Coaches and guides senior managers on people practices, e.g. People development, playing to strengths.
•Facilitates talent management and other global processes.
•Facilitates world class service delivery in partnership with HR SSC.
•Drives the Banks culture in creating a preferred work place for our employees and fosters an environment where employee behaviour is aligned to our values.
•Plays a key role in managing complex organisational change projects with people implications.
•Acts as product champion for one of the key HR Products and drives all key initiatives related to this product across the country.

INTERNAL
CB Heads and Business Heads in CB and other functions for guidance in implementing HR Policies and other strategic initiatives in HR Management and Development
Departmental Heads in Consumer Banking in implementing HR Policies
HR Managers in the Market for consultation` and exchange of best practice
Company Secretary in seeking legal advice on staff relations problems.
HR RMs in other Divisions for leveraging HR Service delivery.
EXTERNAL
Training institutions and HR Consulting Firms for Recruitment and training Services
Regulatory Bodies and Layers for compliance and HR development issues (BIFU, KBA,CBK, KFE)
Qualifications & Skills
A university degree in Human Resources Management or a Professional Qualification in HR Management
A minimum of 3 three years experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures.
A Good understanding of Banking.
Proficiency in Computer and a good knowledge of HR Operating Systems.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal Skills.
