Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced University degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations or any other discipline relevant

to the assignment, or equivalent professional experience of approximately 11 years in the area related to Lot 7.

General Professional Experience

• At least 10 years in the field of electoral assistance and in the sector(s) directly related to the Lot 7.

Specific Professional Experience

at least 5 years in the specific field of the electoral assistance, preferably as part of an EU Election Observation Mission and an EU Election Technical Assistance project;

• Proficiency in electoral issues in developing countries, particularly in Africa;

• Excellent knowledge of all issues related to evaluation of electoral assistance projects;
