MTN Rwanda seeks to recruit a highly competent and self-motivating individual to join its Customer Operations Department at the position of Cyangugu Service Centre Team Leader, reporting to the Regional Service Centre Operations Manager.

Core job responsibilities:
• Effective Supervision and management of the Service centre ensuring excellent customer service
• Effective Supervision of stock controllers and banking officers ensuring smooth flow of work
• Monitoring of Service centre stock levels in respect to sales and management of stock requisition to the Franchisee main warehouse to replenish stock and avoid stock out
• Preparation of daily sales stock forecasts and daily Mobile Money balances required for the smooth flow of business
• Coordinate Service centre Mobile Money agents with Mobile Money department and the technical team on all issues related to MM
• Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly sales reports to the MTN regional Service Centre Operations Manager
• Responsible for coordination of the service centre with MTN Head office especially Customer Operations, IT department, Marketing and Administration, ensuring smooth Operation of the Service centre
• Implement policies and procedures for the day-to-day management of MTN Service centre
• Handle and solve customer complaints presented to MTN service centre efficiently and effectively
• Drive and promote sales revenue through MTN service centres according to service centre sales targets
• Analysis of service centre sales trend and drafting strategies with the team to promote sales
• Training new and existing staff members on new products and services introduced by the Marketing Department in the market
• Receive faulty handsets under warranty from customers and log them for repairs and dispatch them to owners after repair
• Practice customer care Ethics with a high level customer care attitude
• Activation and deactivations of value added services as per customer request To advise customers on data products and services appropriate to their needs To configure data services on customer handsets and computers as needed
• To attend to walk in customers and carry out sales for pay as you go products, handsets, accessories and all other MTN products and services
Job requirements:
• A university degree in Business Administration - Commerce, Marketing, Management, Finance, Accounting, HR, IT or related field
• Must be a permanent resident of Cyangugu
• Strong IT skills
• 2 years experience in customer care environment
• Knowledge of MTN products and services
• Customer care ethics
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Assertiveness and orderly
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
