PPF OFFICE ASSISTANT GRADE IV (02 POSTS) – FGS 01
Duties and Responsibilities i) To collect and dispatch letters and other messages to relevant staff; ii) To control movements of documents and files; iii) To make sure that confidential information do not leak at all; iv) To record letters in the inward and outward registers; v) To perform some registry duties e.g. the sorting of letters and arranging of file; i) To prepare refreshment for Fund visitors, Senior officials and during meetings; ii) To run errands for the department assigned; iii) To carry out any other lawful work related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should have Form IV Certificate with good passes who is honest, clean and must be computer literate.
