The role
We are seeking a Deputy to assist and support the Director, Africa in delivering our work across our biggest region. You’ll get involved in a number of areas of work from programming, funding challenges, financial and people management matters, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. This will be a diverse role so the ability to multi task and hit the ground running is a must!

You
An experienced senior manager, you’ll almost certainly have prior experience of managing development programmes at a senior management level successfully, and be able to use your excellent leadership, negotiation and relationship building skills to support the Director effectively. Your experience of project-management will be key to your success. Please see the job description for more information on the role and skills and experience required.
