JOB TITLE: CLUSTER MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICE DELIVERY
Fina Bank Ltd seeks a candidate to fill the position of; Cluster Manager Business Development & Service Delivery for the region of North Province ( position based at Rubavu Branch) ; South Province ( position based at Muhanga Branch) ; West Province (position based at Rusizi Branch).
This is a highly professional role that involves a great deal of skill and knowledge of the particular market on the North, South & West Province is essential. The Cluster Manager Business Development and Service Delivery will be in charge of a large workforce, incorporating many different branches of Fina Bank Ltd. He will report to the Head of Retail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall performance of assigned Branches and Guichets in the region of North Province
- Lead business growth and development of the branches and agents networks
- Implement through planned aggression on building business for the Base Branch & aligned/guichets
- Support the business planning and implementation process to reach out customers
- Ensuring the business line is profitable for the bank and the agency banking partners
- Achieve leadership bank status for the retail channel and preferred bank for the customers
- Driving Business volumes and market share acquisition through quality services and business prospecting models
- Monitor and evaluate achievement of sales targets for the base & aligned branches against expectations through monthly sales review
- Interact regularly with the customers & partners to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship
- Ensure adequate focus to the business profitability of the base branch and aligned branches
- Ensure the delivery of ATM cards, FINA Link — is done promptly and the use of ATM is done by all consumer customers effectively
- Ensure the money transfer service is available and online at each Branch and bank outlet/guichet
- Propagate use of mobile banking, net banking and point of service with different functionalities
- Reduce the queues of customers attending by offering a quick service and good customer service
- Answer operational questions and issues from Branches, Guichets and Customers
- Analyze Branches and Guichets performance and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement in order to impact results
- Conduct and attend regional meeting for assigned region
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Minimum Graduates with additional Business Management degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of Branch banking experience
- Understanding & appreciation of branch operations & customer services
- Exposure to Entrepreneurship will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluency in French and English, proficiency in Kinyarwanda preferred.
