Job Profile
- Identify, recruit, maintain and serve potential horticultural growers.
- Design and implement an appropriate marketing and sales strategy of company products among the growers.
Person Profile
- A degree in horticulture or related course from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a production/crop protection position in a flower farm or technical sales position in horticultural sector.
- Valid driving licence.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, high self-motivation and drive to achieve results with minimal supervision.
- Must be 33 years of age or below.
