Human Capital Manager
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Recruitment planning and headcount monitoring
- Manage all Learning & Development initiatives and interface with territory human capital and relevant providers on deleivery of training programs
- Develop, implement and streamline country reward and recognition scheme
- Preparation of the department budget, provide guidance on firm staff related budgets and monitoring of human capital costs against budgets
- Foster employee engaqgement through relevant employee activities and communication
- Ensure compliance to human capital standards
- Review, develop and maintain appropriate Human Capital policies and procedures
- Ensure implementation of territory wide human capital initiatives
- Assisting senior management to concretise commitment in Human Capital activities
The succesful candidate will be required to have the following qualification and demonstrable skills, competencies and experience:
- University degree with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources
- 5-7years' HR generalist exeperience preferably in a professional services firm or large corporate environment
- A strong background in recruitment, performance management, compensation and reward management
- Excellent communication , presentation and facilitation skills and experience working with HR management systems
- Demonstrable ability to influence , establish and maintain relationships, ability to lead in amulti cultural environment and to initiate and successfully manage change.
