Duties
· Help conduct focus groups, surveys and direct observation to assess new communities where the organization may work;
· Train and monitor all staff who collect data;
· Spend a significant amount of time in rural and urban communities speaking with marginalized women to administer questionnaires, focus groups and interviews;
· Review questionnaires and other materials for completeness and accuracy;
· Prepare reports on program outcomes and outputs
Requirement
· university degree in the social sciences or other relevant field and
· at least 3 years experience in program monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and/or social research including qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis;
· at least one previous position should involve data collection and analysis related to social research; experience in training staff;
· Excellent organizational skills;
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability;
· Able to work as part of a team as well as make independent decisions;
· Ability and willingness to travel and spend significant time in the field
· valid driver’s license required;
· Good knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
Salary attached to this position is TZS 3, 278, 788/= per month plus other benefits.
Administrator- Kigoma
Duties
· Assist with preparation of the budget
· Implement financial policies and procedures
· Reconcile the general ledger
· Prepare and reconcile general bank statements
· Establish and maintain supplier accounts
· Ensure data is entered into the system
· Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
· Prepare income statements
Qualifications
· Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or Administration
· 2 years of work experience
· Excellent written and communications skills that’s both in English and Swahili
· Creative and responsible
· Well organized, determined, flexible and diplomatic

Partner Support Officer-Mtwara
Duties
· Act as the employer of the Support Officer
· Show a commitment to the principles behind the post and an express desire to safeguard the historic buildings in which they have an interest
· Promote the work of the Support Officer to local congregations
· Ensure that the Support Officer is reporting at a sufficiently senior level to enable effective engagement and influence
· Form a steering group to oversee the Support Officer’s work,
· Ensure that Concern Worldwide reporting requirements are met in respect of the work programme, key objectives and expected outcomes
· Facilitate effective working between the Support Officer and all other relevant staff within the organisation
· Ensure the mainstream of AIDS/HIV and equality in all programme work
· Undertake other works as requested by the food security programme manager
