Duties:
Reports to the Director, Grants Office
Oversees all the incoming and outgoing contracts to and Grants from MUST
Receives all contracts and grants from sub-contracts in consultation with the Director and the Principal Investigators
Makes project invoices or requests for funds to the funding agencies in accordance with the guidelines of the project contracts.
Communicates with funding agencies or institutions.
Reviews monthly finance reports prepared by the Finance Manager before reporting to the Director, and the Principal Investigators.
Keeps accurate, current and complete records of all grants, contracts and sub-contracts.
Ensures spending of funds as stipulated in the contract agreements.
Requirement:
Qualifications, experience and abilities:
A good Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in working on international projects
Knowledge and background in the legal field, particularly in contracts law
(Knowledge in human resource management)
Ability to work independently
Ability to take initiative
Excellent communication skills
Good client skills care
Ability to write reports
High level of humility and diplomacy as the person is required to represent MUST both locally and internationally
Good computer skills.
