Title: Administrative Assistant / Cashier
Duty Station: Juba
Duration: One-year renewable service contract (after 3-month probationary period)

Position Description – Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant / Cashier who is under the overall responsibility of the finance department. The following is a brief overview of the job responsibilities:
• Administrative
o Make photocopies
o Address letters / stuff envelopes
o Organize papers
o Organize Admin department supply requests
o Keep copies of relevant forms for use
o Assist with planning and organization for management /leadership staff
• Organizational / computer
o Keep contact list updated
o Assist with formatting of documents
o Assist with organizing documents
• Financial
o Review phone and other bills to determine use
o Help with organization of bills and other financial transactions
o Count money
o Process payments
Qualifications:
Minimum –
• At least two (2) years of progressive experience as an administrative assistant / cashier
• Demonstrated ability in financial management / administration
• Demonstrated trustworthiness
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Strong organizational skills
• Intermediate fluency in English and at least one local language
• Sudanese nationals only
