The LVBC has received funding from the Government of the United States of America through USAID/EA. The funding is intended to improve the management of the Mara River Basin as a trans-boundary resource as well as improving LVBC institutional capacity. The LVBC Secretariat intends to use part of the funds to Develop Management Information System for the Lake Victoria Water and Sanitation Project.
The LVBC Secretariat hereby invites applications from suitably qualified citizens of the East African Community to apply for Provision of Consultancy Services to Develop Management Information System for the Lake Victoria Water and Sanitation Project. Ref: LVBC/MRB/2010-11/CS/007.
The detailed Terms of Reference Document can be obtained from our Website www.lvbcom.org on Monday 27th, June 2011. Interested consultants/firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the consultancy.
The applications must be in English and should be submitted in one (1) original and four (4) copies signed and SEALED clearly marked Technical and Financial application for ... “The Title of the consultancy followed by the Tender reference number”.
The Proposals must be submitted not later than 15:00 hours on Tuesday 12th July, 2011. Late submissions will not be accepted. Proposals should be submitted by either courier or in person to the address provided below. Email submissions will not be allowed. Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours from 0900 to 1700 hours Monday through Friday.
