The Technical Advisor, Monitoring and Evaluation will provide overall guidance to ensure one coordinated monitoring and evaluation plan to strengthen and improve quality, access, and sustainability of clinical and community services.
In addition, will also be responsible for the following:
• Ensuring appropriate monitoring and evaluation mechanisms are built into all work plans and reporting
• Ensuring quality assurance and data quality
• Strengthening of data utilization to improve programming, and
• Use of state-of-the-art monitoring and evaluation approaches
• Participate in resource development and other writing on assigned area activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
• Relevant experience including HIV/AIDS comprehensive care and treatment, along with either BS/BA in public health or related field, and 9-11 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS with international development programs
• MS/MA/MPH in public health or related field, and 7-9 years relevant experience OR
• PhD, MD or similar degree with 5-7 years relevant experience
• In addition, has international name recognition among peers in same discipline or program area. Must have experience in large-scale monitoring and evaluation program care and treatment programs.
